Will my clients ever see the RankKeep name?
No. The portal, login screen, report emails and PDFs all carry your agency’s name, logo and colors. On Growth and Agency plans it runs on your own domain too. There is no “powered by” badge on any plan.
How does the Google connection work?
You sign in with the Google account that already has access to your clients’ Search Console properties and GA4 accounts, and grant read-only access. Then you pick which property belongs to which client. RankKeep never changes anything in Google.
Google only keeps 16 months of data. What happens after that?
RankKeep saves a monthly snapshot of every client’s numbers and keeps them for as long as you’re a customer. Three years in, your client can still see the month you started working together.
Can I add data that doesn’t come from Google?
Yes. Create custom KPIs such as phone calls, form leads, booked jobs or revenue, then enter them monthly or import a CSV. They chart month over month alongside the Google data. You can also attach files and write notes to every report.
Is there a contract?
